NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY DISTRICT TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD

TO THE RESIDENTS OF DISTRICT TOWNSHIP:

TAKE NOTICE that the District Township Zoning Hearing Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, December 12, 2022 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the District Township Municipal Building, 202 Weil Road, Boyertown, PA 19512, for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning a variance application regarding the installation of an above-ground pool which has been filed by the following:

Zoning District: C – Conservation

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to conduct testimony and consider public comment relative to the Variance from the requirements of 500.4b and 605.4 as well as any other relief as may become necessary at the hearing for the construction of an above-ground pool. 

Copies of the Application are available for inspection at the Township office.
