NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY DISTRICT TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD

TO THE RESIDENTS OF DISTRICT TOWNSHIP:

Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the District

Township Municipal Building, 202 Weil Road, Boyertown, PA 19512, for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning a variance application for purposes of constructing an addition onto an existing accessory structure to be used as an in-law suite which has been filed by the following:

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to conduct testimony and consider public comment relative to the variance from the requirements of 500.1c as well as any other relief as may become necessary at the hearing for the construction of an in-law suite. Copies of the Application are available for inspection at the Township office.
